What the world needs now is the ingenuity and passion of today’s youth. Model United Nations teaches a world perspective by bringing students together to simulate the activities of the United Nations.

In the model UN program at PLE, students represent different countries around the world to work together to identify solutions to problems affecting the global community. Along the way, they have fun developing new friendships and learning skills that will contribute to future academic and career success.

PLE Model UN helps students develop skills such as research, public speaking, reading and writing, negotiation, and problem-solving, and it fosters a sense of global citizenship. Participating in Model UN is a fun and engaging way for students to develop leadership and teamwork skills.

The Model UN Program at PLE includes programs for students in Grades 3-12 that prepare them for activities in national and international conferences. Getting instructed and inspired by PLE coaches, PLE students consistently achieve the highest awards at Model UN conferences as delegates and in the essay competitions.
