“Let’s say someone is a big fan of Agricola, they have a wedding coming up and they want it to have an Agricola kind of feel to it,” says Liz Truch, Fenwick’s wedding coordinator. “Chef David knows all the menus of all of our restaurants very well. He works with our chefs and also directly with the farm to come up with the perfect catering menu to suit our clients’ tastes.”
