Bucks County Playhouse will celebrate the 12-year tenure of producing director Alexander Fraser, executive producer Robyn Goodman, and producer Josh Fiedler with a special one-night-only Encore Event on Sunday, May 31 at 6:30 p.m.
The evening will honor the producing team behind the Playhouse’s artistic resurgence with a program of performances, personal tributes, and archival highlights spanning more than a decade of acclaimed productions. Featuring appearances by Playhouse favorites including Marsha Mason (“Deathtrap” and “The Tale of the Allergist’s Wife”), Justin Guarini (“Company,” “Cake Off” and “The New World”), Guiliana Augello (Bridges of Madison County,” “Grease” and “Leader of the Pack”) and Lesli Margarita (“Guys and Dolls” and “Dames at Sea”).
The guests and honorees will revisit beloved moments from past seasons, with performers returning to recreate signature songs and celebrate the legacy of Fraser, Goodman, and Fiedler.
“Encore is a celebration of the extraordinary leadership and artistic vision of Alexander Fraser, Robyn Goodman, and Josh Fiedler, whose work helped shape a remarkable era at Bucks County Playhouse,” said Gayle Goodman, president of the Bucks County Playhouse Board of Directors. “For more than a decade, they helped guide the Playhouse through a period of artistic growth, acclaimed productions, and deep community impact. We invite audiences, artists, donors, and friends of the Playhouse to join us on May 31 to celebrate those achievements, honor their contributions to this beloved institution, and help support the Playhouse as it begins its next chapter.”
Following the program, guests are invited to a post-show cocktail party at Playhouse Deck, offering a further opportunity to toast the producers and celebrate the milestone together. Organizers say that proceeds from the Encore Event will support Bucks County Playhouse. All ticket levels include a tax-deductible contribution.
