Artificial intelligence is driving new demands for space, power, and infrastructure.

The Real Estate Business Alliance will host a program titled “Powering AI’s Future Through New Jersey Real Estate Innovation” on Tuesday, May 12, from 8 to 10 a.m., examining how the growth of AI is reshaping real estate development in the region.

The event takes pace at the Trenton Country Club, 201 Sullivan Way, West Trenton. See www.princetonmercerchamber.org to register.

The discussion will focus on the increasing need for data centers, energy capacity, and land to support AI-driven technologies, as well as the challenges developers face in meeting those demands.

The panel will be moderated by Brian Choi Soo Standen, director of innovation and partnerships at the New Jersey AI Hub, and will include Sen. Andrew Zwicker, D-16; Jason Bell, senior vice president of data center and technology services at JLL; and Rebecca Darling, director of community affairs and partnerships at CoreWeave.

Topics will include infrastructure constraints, power availability, zoning and land-use considerations, and how AI-related growth is influencing investment and development decisions.

Organizers say the program is designed to provide insight into how emerging technologies are shaping real estate strategy and economic development across New Jersey.
