Princeton Area Community Foundation has moved its headquarters from Princess Road in Lawrenceville to Carnegie Center in West Windsor.
In a statement, the nonprofit explained:
“When the Princeton Area Community Foundation was founded more than 30 years ago, it was housed in a small office on Nassau Street, just a few doors away from Thomas Sweet in Princeton. As our staff grew, so did our offices, with two more moves to Princeton and Skillman before eventually settling in at 15 Princess Road in Lawrenceville in the fall of 2003.
“At the time, it was an exciting move because it was our first office with high-speed internet access, instead of dial-up service. It has been a great home for the Community Foundation for 20 years, but we’re happy to report that as we continue to serve an increasing number of philanthropists and nonprofit organizations, we’ve now outgrown the space.
“By the first week of October, we will be in our new office. We are very happy to report that it includes a community room that we’ll use for Board of Trustee meetings as well as educational events for fundholders and nonprofits. We look forward to welcoming you there!”
The organization’s phone number remains the same.
