Tomorrow

Is today our tomorrow?

Because our tomorrow

may not come.

Is our “house” in order?

So we’re remembered

with a smile.

Are messages left

how we want them to be?

Are barriers removed

and bridges mended?

Are lies undone?

Or,

Do we still hold our “inventory”

for a repair in some tomorrow?

Forgetting that

Tomorrow

Is promised to

No one.
