How’s a good burger sound right about now? Or, if it’s too early for lunch, how’s the best breakfast buffet in Princeton strike you?

Well, then, come join us at Ridgeway Bar & Grille at DoubleTree by Hilton, where the hot-and-cold buffet is open from 6 to 9:30 a.m., Monday through Friday and 11 a.m. on weekends. The burgers, steaks, ribs, sandwiches, and salads are always delicious.

You don’t have to be a guest at DoubleTree. Ridgeway Bar & Grille has its own entrance, away from the hotel lobby, so anyone can come by for breakfast, lunch, dinner, happy hour, or to catch some NFL football .

Lunch is served from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.; dinner, from 5 to 11 p.m., both offering the best sandwiches and salads in town. Try our barbecue burger, topped with pulled pork, bacon, Monterey jack, coleslaw, and smoked onions. Or go lighter with one of our five signature salads, like the blackened salmon salad or our traditional Cobb salad.

Or maybe you want to join us for happy hour, Monday through Friday, 5 to 7 p.m., where cocktails are half-priced and so are the appetizers. Try our handmade Rueben egg rolls, our shrimp wontons with handmade chili Thai sauce, our savory smoked gouda mac & cheese that you can top with chicken, shrimp, or sausage.

Our new chef, Eric Silvers, will make sure that whether you’re looking for a hearty breakfast or a late-evening nosh to wash down with a tasty cocktail, you’ll head home (or back to your room, if you’re one of our guests) with a fantastic experience.

Join us on Monday and Thursday nights or all day Sunday and view the games on six televisions and dive into to some wings, or grab a beer and some pizza and just enjoy a night out. Whatever you’re looking for, just join us, whether you’re a guest or a visitor. Either way, we’re sure you’ll be back. And we’ll have something delicious waiting for you.
