After college, Patrick Walsh served as an infantry officer in the 25th Infantry Division. His poems have appeared in Barrow Street, Chronogram, Evergreen Review, Kelsey Review, and War, Literature & the Arts, as well as in venues abroad, such as The Malahat Review, Poetry New Zealand, and The Shop. A senior writer at Scene4 Magazine, he has written a monthly column for 10 years.
