Have your child enjoy a fun filled summer at Hunter Farms’ Riding Sessions. Riders will learn basic horsemanship and competitive riding at an elite training facility owned by International Rider, Trainer, and Hunter Farms owner, Andrew H. Philbrick.

The riding sessions, which are open to beginner through advanced riders, offer a unique opportunity for students to learn more about horses and ponies in a safe and fun environment. The students ride each day and learn basic skills including grooming and caring for horses and ponies. The individuals participate in a variety of activities including learning experiences with our horse veterinarian, farrier, and dentist and complete arts and crafts daily.

Additionally, for selected weeks during the summer the students visit our 110-acre show jumping venue, Princeton Show Jumping, which hosts 11 weeks of hunter-jumper shows yearly. At this facility, students have the opportunity to view Olympic Gold Medalists and International Stars riding their top horses.

The Hunter Farm’s riding session concludes each Friday with a fun horse show for all students! Parents and caregivers are welcome to join us for this activity in which the riders demonstrate the skills that they have acquired throughout the week.

Please contact us at 609-924-2932 for questions regarding the program and to take a tour of our state of art riding facility. Hunter Farms is ideally located minutes from downtown Princeton, New Jersey.
