How to Avoid a Food Coma This Holiday Season

The holiday season is approaching quickly. The weather will be changing and the celebrations will begin. The food and drink will be plentiful with the multiple parties, celebrations, and dinners that will be enjoyed by all. Join Jill Kwasny, MS, RDN to help prepare for the upcoming events! Jill will help you plan for the season and give you tips in her free program “How to Avoid a Food Coma this Holiday Season.”

This free program will be held on Thursday, November 16, in the upstairs bistro at the McCaffrey’s Food Market in Yardley located at the Edgewood Village Shopping Center at 635 Heacock Road from 10 to 11 a.m. The program will be repeated from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. at the McCaffrey’s Market in Princeton, also in the upstairs bistro, located in the Princeton Shopping Center at 301 North Harrison Street.
