Grazie Bistro is a modern Italian restaurant helmed by Chef Marco D’Amico, a native of the Abruzzo region of Italy.

After decades working in acclaimed restaurants throughout New Jersey and New York, Chef D’Amico brought his culinary roots to Mercer County and the community has taken notice. Grazie has earned its place among the county’s top Italian dining destinations for two consecutive years.

The kitchen draws from fresh, locally sourced New Jersey farm ingredients and always features the finest fresh seafood. House-made pastas are among the most beloved items on the menu, which rotates every two to three months and is complemented by daily specials.

Says D’Amico: “ In my line of work, the greatest reward is seeing my customers enjoy the unique dishes that I deliver to the table. I take bits and pieces of what I have learned through both my travels to different countries and the experience that I have gained from having worked in a variety of kitchens and use it as a source of inspiration for my creations. However, in order to truly push past the limits of my abilities, I have learned that it is always best to trust my palate.

It gives me great satisfaction knowing that what I have created is my own. Even when I am cooking the classics, I find a way to stay true to the heart of the recipe while also adding my own personal touch. This is what I believe defines me as a chef and guarantees that nothing but my best work will be delivered to the table for all to enjoy. “
