One of the biggest values of a Gold’s Gym membership is the Fit 4 Life program that helps clients get the most out of working out right from the start.

“More people stop exercising in the first three months of a new program than at any other time,” said Don Foy, General Manager of Gold’s Gym. “That’s why we created Fit 4 Life.”

Foy wants to make sure all of his clients achieve the results they seek. The plan includes four separate sessions over the course of six weeks. Each session is held with an expert program advisor and includes a comprehensive assessment, goal setting, healthy choices and lifestyle consultation, exercise roadmap, and check-ins throughout the course of the program.

“It’s six weeks of constant contact with certified trainers in and out of the club,” said Foy, noting clients may E-mail trainers with questions during Fit 4 Life.

In addition to the Fit 4 Life program, Gold’s Gym offers a wide variety of programs for every member of the family and for every fitness level. This includes 85 group fitness classes each week, a swimming pool, two regulation boxing rings with 20 boxing classes each week, 165 pieces of cardio equipment, a women’s only workout area, showers, locker rooms and much more.

“Without question, we have the most variety,” Foy added. “You’ll never have to wait for equipment here, and you’ll always find a class to take.”

Gold’s Gym helps busy parents stay fit by providing Kid’s Club, a place where kids can play, do arts and crafts, and hear stories while mom and dad hit the equipment. Older kids can take advantage of sports performance training, including this summer’s baseball academy, where staff coaches train youngsters through personal and group lessons.

“There’s still limited space in our sports performance summer camps for aspiring young athletes and those involved in sports,” Foy noted. “This is the perfect way to get ready for fall sports. Contact us about our half-day camps.”

This summer, everyone saves, too. Gold’s Gym is running a special: $100 off the joiner fee.

“There’s no better time to get in shape, thanks to our low joiner fee and our Fit 4 Life program,” explained Foy. “Stop by, check us out and see what we have to offer.”
