The Hamilton Area YMCA Sawmill Branch offers nearly 30 different camps for children entering grades K to 9. Our nearly 60-acre outdoor recreation center is the perfect place for your child to spend their summer. With our outdoor pool, 100-foot water slide, soccer and baseball fields, volleyball and basketball courts, an indoor gym and pavilions, your child will have a summer full of fun! We ensure your child has a great camp experience by having a 10-to-1 camper-to-counselor ratio; this way your child will build valuable relationships with a small group. Some of our most popular camps include, Dance and Cheer, Splash ’n’ Dash, Mad Science, Magic Camp and Travel Camps. Our new camps include Tennis, Theater, Water Park Week, Specialty Sports Camps, and more.

We make summer fun every day at the Hamilton Area YMCA Sawmill Branch Summer Camps. The Y is a safe, thriving environment for campers to try new activities, learn new skills, be creative, make lasting friendships, and have a blast! The Y camp curriculum is structured to promote teamwork, build self-esteem, and include educational components. We connect campers to the great outdoors through creative and innovative programming.

Sawmill staff are carefully selected for their special skills, experience, enthusiasm, maturity, and love for children. Every member of our camp staff team receives more than 25 hours of pre-camp training, and our senior counselors and unit leaders are CPR and First Aid certified. We also have a full-time nurse on staff during the camp season.

We’re affordable. We’re flexible — register for as little as one week or as many as nine. You create the camp schedule that works for you. We offer daily swimming. We offer convenient transportation options. Simply put — we think we’re the best place for your child this summer! Register your child now to make certain your child will be a part of this exciting camp program.
