Call For Art

D&R Greenway Land Trust is accepting art for its December juried exhibition, “Feather & Flight.” The exhibit celebrates birds, as well as highlighting conservation’s significant role in supporting crucial travel patterns for the 4,000 species that migrate. Audition

Villagers Theater is holding auditions for its December production of “A Snow White Christmas” on Monday and Tuesday, October 9 and 10, starting at 7 p.m. at the theater, 475 DeMott Lane, Somerset. Volunteer

AARP Foundation Tax-Aide is looking for volunteers in the Mercer County area for the upcoming tax season. Tax-Aide offers free tax filing help to anyone, especially those 50 and older, who can’t afford a tax preparation service. Volunteers receive training and support and they’re required to complete tax preparation training and IRS certification in classes held on weekdays.
