According to Montgomery Township police, part of the roof of the 29,000-square-foot office building at 1026 Route 518 in Rocky Hill caved under the weight of snow on January 27.

Built in 2003, the building is owned by Thompson Management, 195 Nassau Street. No one from Thompson responded for comment for this story and it is unclear if any businesses are based at 1026. No one was injured, but Montgomery officials said that the building will be vacated until repairs are finished. There is no estimate on the time or cost.
