Heller Industrial Parks has leased a 285,000-square-foot warehouse still under construction on its Heller Park North location on Ridge Road in South Brunswick.
All-Ways, a trucking company, has leased the building for a distribution center. It has been under construction since September.
“Our comprehensive market research indicated this was the right size building to start on a speculative basis,” said Brian Banaszynski, president of Heller Industrial Parks. “The building design, with 40-foot storage heights combined with parking for 85 trailers, was the key to attracting several prospective tenants for the project.”
Heller credited the mild winter and fall weather and the use of pre-cast structural wall panels for a fast pace of construction. The company is currently designing the rest of the buildings in the 2.6 million square-foot industrial park, which is intended for distribution centers.
