Hollister Opens Trenton Office

Hollister Construction Services has opened an office at the site of its latest project: the old Trenton Times building on Perry Street, which it is renovating so it can be home to the International Academy of Trenton, a charter school.

According to the company, the new office will also support other projects in New Jersey, including the renovation of 400 Alexander Park, a 71,3000 square-foot property. Hollister also has offices in New York and Passaic.

“We were driven to open this new office by our future projects throughout the region. Trenton is a city that continues to grow and develop, and we are positioning ourselves to service current and future clients,” said Hollister CEO Christopher Johnson. Brian Lemchak, with more than 15 years’ experience in the industry, will direct the new office.

The new charter school, housed in an 80,000 square foot building, is scheduled to open in September.
