Project Management Expert Visits Business Breakfast

Consultant and business strategist Larry Solow, President of 3-D Change, Inc., will speak at the Princeton Regional Chamber of Commerce Business Before Business Breakfast meeting on Wednesday, October 15, at the Nassau Club, 6 Mercer Street, Princeton. The meeting will begin with registration and networking at 7:30 a.m. followed by Mr. Solow’s presentation and will conclude at 9:15 a.m. Cost to attend is $20 for Princeton Regional Chamber of Commerce members and $30 for non-members. Larry Solow has over 25 years of internal and external change agent experience. President of 3-D Change, Inc., Solow focuses on the intersection of people, processes, and strategy to help create measurable, sustainable change. Known for his ability to integrate state-of-the-art theory with practical applications, Solow has designed and implemented Six Sigma and other process improvement initiatives. He has helped organizations create, update, measure, and communicate their business strategies and has also helped clients to identify and address their individual, team, leadership, learning, and organizational development issues.

Solow earned a graduate degree in Organizational Communication from Temple University and is a Six Sigma Black Belt. He has presented at ASTD, SIETAR, IQPC, IAF, SHRM, Project World, Project Summit, Chaos Network, and other major professional conferences. As an external consultant, he has consulted to a variety of manufacturing organizations including Alcan Packaging, Mattel, York International, Rockwell International, SKF USA, and Honeywell Micro Switch Division.

Service sector clients include South Jersey Healthcare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Florida, USA Today, and Federal Express. He also has consulted to not-for-profit institutions including UNICEF, Rotary International, Amnesty International, and the Community Progress Council.

He has extensive internal consulting experience as the Director of Continuous Improvement at Harley-Davidson and Manager, Total Quality for a division of Honeywell (formally AlliedSignal Aerospace).
