Economist Bojana Rovchanin has opened a financial advisory company called Integra Financial LLC, based on Commons Way.

She is also hosting a new show on Princeton Community Television. Rovchanin is conducting a series of interviews with notable people in the Princeton business community.

Each interview will be broadcast three times a week for two weeks on the TV station, which broadcasts on Verizon 45 and Comcast 30. The first show, an interview with Princeton mayor Liz Lempert, aired December 10. Air times are Tuesdays at 10:30 a.m., and Fridays and Sundays at 6:30 p.m.

Chambers Street Properties, the Hulfish Street-based commercial real estate firm, has bought two warehouses in Germany and sold three properties in Great Britain and the U.S. The company acquired warehouses in Frankfurt and the port city of Bremen, totaling 760,000 square feet, for $49.9 million. It sold the retail center in Wakefield, U.K., and two multi-tenant office properties in St. Louis, for a total of $42.2 million.

Anthony “Skip” Cimino, president and CEO of Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in Hamilton, plans to step down, ending a five-year tenure. Cimino, 66, said he is waiting for a replacement before resigning his position.

The hospital said in a press release that Cimino wanted to make sure the hospital has the time to conduct a national search for his successor.

Cimino’s tenure saw two competing hospitals open: Capital Health in Hopewell in 2011 and the University Medical Center of Princeton at Plainsboro in 2012. He was a board member on the hospital for more than 25 years. He has also served as a county freeholder and state assemblyman for the 14th district during that time. Cimino made $463,000 in 2011 according to recent IRS filings.

Software company International Technology Solutions has changed its name to Symbioun, after its parent company.

Wenzel & Company, 230 West Delaware Avenue, Pennington.

Wenzel and Company, a marketing firm, has left its West Delaware Avenue office in Pennington. Its listed number was not in service.

When Shirlee Wenzel launched the company in 1976, it was the state’s first woman-owned advertising agency. Wenzel’s son Don joined the firm in the mid-1980s and has been president for many years.

Shirlee Wenzel, whose first experience in marketing came while working at Dunham’s department store in Trenton, was also a founding member of the Heart of Trenton, a nonprofit booster group for the city, which spawned both the Trenton Downtown Association and the Heritage Days festival. Wenzel’s clients ranged from the Nassau Inn and Princeton Bank to GE’s aerospace division.
