The Moret Group, a New York-based designer and sourcing firm, has signed a 103,752-square-foot lease at 285 Ridge Road, for use as its distribution center.
Heller Industrial Parks, owner of the property, signed Moret to a multi-year lease that complements a 28,000-square-foot office and distribution space leased by Moret last August.
According to a statement by Heller, the company’s overall operations improved markedly since then, requiring additional space.
The company will use this new space for national distribution — wholesale and Internet fulfillment — of several exclusive apparel brands.
Heller vice presidents Allan Ramsay and David Paster provided in-house representation. David Saltzman of Newmark Knight Frank represented Jacques Moret in the transaction.
