California-based Movers.com, an online site providing information related to moving, has merged with the North Brunswick-based software company NGA Group. The deal is the latest acquisition for NGA, which has already merged with several relocation-oriented websites around the country, including USRelocation.com, HomeRenew.com, MovePlanner.com, and PackingMaterials.com.
Movers.com will retain its site and name. NGA CEO Vidyadhar Garapati said the merger will benefit his company by aligning it with a major player in the online relocation market.
NGA, which also works in technology consulting, portal development and maintenance, and database-driven web services..

The law firm of Pellettieri, Rabstein and Altman, with offices on Nassau Park Boulevard, has merged with attorney Steven Morland of Lambertville.
Morland, located on North Main Street, has specialized in real estate and land use law for nearly 40 years. The merger, says Neal Solomon of Pellettieri, Rabstein and Altman, gives the firm a presence in Hunterdon County. Solomon will work out of the Lambertville office with Morland.
