One of the few constants across all times and across all businesses is the need to deal with change. So it’s little wonder that an entire discipline of leadership training has evolved around the concept of “change management”: the methods an organization can use to deal with change in a systematic way.

An expert in this arena, Maureen Bossio, pictured at left, will lead a workshop on change management on Wednesday, November 14, from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at the Mid New Jersey Association of Talent Development at the Hyatt Princeton. Tickets are $45, $35 for members. For more information, visit www.midnjatd.org or call 609-658-8962.

Bossio, an organizational development consultant, specializes in change management, learning strategy, learning program design, program management, instructional design, and training delivery. She is currently an education consultant and change management lead at CA Technologies. Earlier in her career, she was senior training program manager for Yahoo and an instructional designer for Donovan Data Systems, which is now MediaOcean. She has a bachelor’s degree from Brock University in Ontario, Canada.
