Caliper has named Heather Ishikawa vice president of product strategy.

She was previously vice president of global strategy for Enact Leadership in Berkeley, California, and the national sales director at Pearson. She is also the co-author of the book “Now You’re Thinking!”

The New Jersey Chamber of Commerce has named Laura Hahn its new director of government relations. She was previously legislative liaison for the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission. Before that, she was legislative director and chief of staff for former Assemblywoman Donna Simon. She was also an aide in former Gov. Chris Christie’s Office of Constituent Relations.

“I look forward to using my experience in state government to promote New Jersey Chamber of Commerce member companies and to help foster the kind of business climate in which businesses here will flourish,” Hahn said.
