As planned (U.S. 1, September 5, 2007), the Internet television service company expanded and consolidated its offices by moving from HQ at Forrestal Village to 10,500 square feet at the Carnegie Center, where it has 25 employees.

Founded by David McCourt, former CEO of C-Tec and RCN (including what is now Patriot Media), Narrowstep is a global provider of broadband television services and solutions. It has technology for long-form programming over the Internet in TV-like quality and multiple platforms for monetizing video content.

McCourt also has a Hopewell-based private investment fund, Granahan McCourt Capital, named after his castle in Ireland.

American List Counsel (ALC) has acquired the list management division of MKTG Services. MKTG is a marketing company with a specialty in direct mail campaigns. It’s offices are in Newtown, Pennsylvania.

Lori Magill-Cook, executive vice president of ALC, said in a prepared statement: “The company was attractive for two reasons. They have a significant client portfolio that is complementary to our current client base, and they have experienced talent that will be joining us.”
