Joseph Vales, 60, on May 3. He was a partner at Hill Wallack in Princeton, where he chaired the firm’s banking and financial services practice group and the commercial real estate group. He also served on served as chairman of the Trenton State College Corporation Board of Directors, the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce board, the Princeton Chamber of Commerce, and was involved in numerous civic and charitable organizations.

June B. Valley, 87, on May 2. She was an English professor at the College of New Jersey and Mercer County Community College and other institutions of higher learning. Services will be Thursday, May 9, at 11 a.m. at Campbell Funeral Chapel, 1225 Calhoun Street, Trenton.

Mitchell Mastrangelo Jr., 64, on May 6. He retired as a civil engineer from Van Note Harvey Associates in 2016 after many years working on various Princeton University projects. Services will be Thursday, May 9, from 10 a.m. to 12 at the Saul Colonial Home, 3795 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Square.

William D. Smith, 68, on April 2. He worked for Marshall Technologies in Trenton as a service representative. Services will be held Monday, May 20, at 7:30 p.m. at the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home in Richboro, Pennsylvania.

Clarissa Lynn Naga, 40, on April 25. She was formerly employed by Learning Ally in Princeton.
