Kirby Westheimer, 80, on July 17. A graduate of Harvard Business School, Westheimer was president of the Westheimer Company, an investment banking firm, for more than 30 years. For a time his business was based in the Stone House at Carnegie Center, the Gothic-style structure on northbound Route 1 that pre-dates the modern Carnegie Center surrounding it.
Bruce O’Neill, 53, on August 25. He worked for the Borough of Princeton for 22 years alongside his father, Jack, as assistant superintendant of parking operations.
Joseph M. LaPlaca, 67, on September 5. He was the owner of Joe’s Mill Hill Saloon for more than 25 years. In 1996 he received an award for supporting the culture of jazz in the City of Trenton. Later he owned and managed properties in Trenton and in Mercer County.
Andrew T. Steward, 60, on September 2. He owned and operated ATS Mechanical in Bordentown.
William E. Archer, 71, on August 28. He was the owner-operator of Archer Electric in Ewing.
James William Moore, 51, on August 29. He an engineer in research and development with Union Camp Corporation in Lawerenceville.
Ernest Lee Davis Sr., 67, on August 24. He worked for U.S. Steel Mill, General Motors, and retired from Congoleum.
Marge Chavooshian, 93, on September 5. A prominent New Jersey watercolor artist known for her plein air painting in New Jersey and Europe, she was the recipient of 163 awards and represented in various private and public collections, including the New Jersey State Museum. Chavooshian lived most of her life in Glen Afton section of Trenton.
