Clarion Partners, the owner of the 347-room Hyatt Regency Princeton, has hired Davidson Hotels & Resorts, an independent hotel management company based in Memphis, to manage the Hyatt and oversee a $17 million renovation program.

According to John Belden, president and CEO of Davidson, the renovation is scheduled to begin early next year and “will completely transform both the guest rooms and public spaces.” Once renovated the hotel will offer over 20,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, including a 10,000-square-foot ballroom.
