Mercer County has partnered with the Glory Firm and Morph Mentoring to provide expungement services and workforce development assistance to residents who were previously incarcerated.
“Our Path Forward program will reduce barriers for individuals in search of employment, public assistance, education, housing, parental rights, and voting,” County Executive Dan Benson said in a statement. “These are members of our community who have completed their sentences, and deserve the opportunity to rebuild their lives.”
The services offered by Mercer Path Forward are free. An application and participant screening session takes place on Monday, June 17, from 1 to 7 p.m. at the Mercer County Office Park at 1440 Parkside Avenue in Ewing. For more information, email mercerpathforward@mercercounty.org.
The New Brunswick-based Glory Firm specializes in U.S. immigration, expungements, labor & employment, consumer fraud, and cannabis law. The minority and woman-owned firm is led by managing partner Valisha Desir, Esq., an alumna of The College of New Jersey.

Morph Mentoring, based in Holmdel, offers organizational development services for businesses. Its curriculum is intended to give participants the skills and knowledge sought by today’s employers. Courses cover topics from basic computer literacy to advanced job readiness skills.
