Celator Pharmaceuticals, a developer of oncology drugs, has raised $20 million in a Series D private equity financing to finance development of its lead drug for a treatment for Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML).

According to the company, the money was raised through Thomas, McNerney & Partners, Domain Associates, Ventures West Capital, Quaker BioVentures, TL Ventures, GrowthWorks Capital, and BDC Venture Capital.

Larken, a Hillsborough-based commercial realty firm, has signed Jump! Zone to an eight-suite, 17,631-square-foot lease at 6 Jill Court in the Hillsborough Business Center. Jump! Zone will open a new indoor inflatable party and play center here.

Victor Kelly of Raider Realty, the exclusive broker for Larken Associates, arranged the seven-year lease. More than 41,000 feet has been leased at the 27-building center during the first half of 2010.

A memorial service for Paul Gray, 70, a former Princeton University English instructor and book reviewer at Time magazine who died September 11, will be Wednesday, September 15, at 11 a..m. at the Mather-Hodge Funeral Home in Princeton.
