Community Options, a leading national nonprofit supporting people with disabilities headquartered on Farber Road in West Windsor, has announced the promotion of Tracy Mendola to vice president of New Jersey.

Mendola previously served as state director for Northern New Jersey and has more than 25 years of experience. In her new role, she will provide strategic oversight of Community Options’ New Jersey programs that support more than 1,200 people with disabilities across the state. Nationally, Community Options supports 6,000 individuals and families through residential, employment and community-based services.

“Tracy has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and a deep commitment to our mission,” said Svetlana Repic-Qira, executive vice president of Community Options. “Her promotion reflects her ability to lead with integrity and advocate for inclusion.”

Since joining Community Options in 2013, Mendola has played a key role in program growth, quality assurance, advocacy and operational leadership. She has overseen large, multi-county operations, ensured regulatory compliance, managed complex budgets and supported teams dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centered services.

“I am honored to step into this role and continue working alongside our teams to support people with disabilities across New Jersey,” Mendola said. “Community Options has always been about opportunity, dignity and inclusion and I look forward to building on that mission in this next chapter.”

Mendola holds a master of business administration from the University of Arizona Global Campus and a bachelor of arts in psychology and sociology from Dickinson College.
