Colliers Looks To Expand Princeton Presence

Colliers International has hired Thomas Romano to lead its Princeton Overlook office with an eye on expanding its presence in the region.

Romano, right, a 17-year professional who was previously a managing principal at Newmark Knight Frank’s Carnegie Center location, has been named executive managing director of Colliers Mercer County office, the firm said in a news release. Colliers also has offices in Parsippany and Mount Laurel.

“There was a small presence in the Princeton market, and my goal as the person running the office is to grow the footprint and let people know about the platform that Colliers has to offer,” Romano said. He said the office’s primary focus will be “the greater Princeton market,” but that his team will also work throughout Central Jersey.
