Clifftown Center Sells for $3.75M

Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has arranged the sale of Clifftown Center, a 21,095-square-foot shopping center on Route 206 in Princeton, for $3.75 million – $171 per square foot. Christopher Munley, Mark Taylor, and Dean Zang of the Philadelphia office of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, Xanadu Associates. The agents also procured the buyer, Jemstone Acquisitions Corp. of New York.
