Nominations Sought for Immigrant Entrepreneur Awards

Einstein’s Alley is soliciting nominations for its 2020 Immigrant Entrepreneur of the Year. Awards are given for achievements in growth, advocacy, and innovation. New this year is a category for non-profit leaders.

Nominations will be accepted through Saturday, September 12. Awards will be presented at a virtual ceremony in October.

New Jersey ranks fourth in the nation in terms of proportion of new businesses founded by immigrants. With more than one in three new companies launched by immigrants, they account annually for $6.2 billion of income in New Jersey.
