Literacy Volunteers in Mercer County offers two volunteer tutor training courses to help with basic literacy and English as a second language. Wednesdays, beginning January 9, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the Literacy Volunteers office at 3535 Quakerbridge Road, Hamilton; or from 6 to 8 p.m. at Educational Testing Service.
