Eating For Your Health invites you to join their Healthy Eating Challenge running from January 12 through 23. This challenge enables you to learn how different foods make you feel, starting with your first meal of the day, over 10 days.

The challenge includes a one-hour kick-off session on Thursday, January 12, at 7 p.m.; a check-in session on Tuesday, January 17, at 7 p.m.; and a final session on Monday, January 23, at 7 p.m.

You’ll also receive 10 days of personalized emails with useful information on Eating For Your Health, easy and delicious recipes that are simple to make with a detailed shopping list, tips and techniques to keep you motivated, daily check-in sheets to see how you’re feeling, and the ability to share your experience with others.

The Healthy Eating Challenge gives you the opportunity to explore a variety of healthful food choices for your first meal of the day and decide which is the most delicious and works best for you. Throughout the challenge, we’ll be asking you to notice how you like the different foods and observe how your body responds to them. You’ll have the opportunity to connect with the group and share your insights and experiences in a non-judgmental environment.

At the end of the Healthy Eating Challenge, you’ll have a clearer picture of the type of meals that leave you satisfied and feeling your best.

The participation in the challenge is free, but donations are accepted. Registration is required at www.eatingforyourhealth.org.
