I am a “mamapreneur,” interior designer, and proud owner and founder of Tranquility Den, a spa for massage and relaxation in the Princeton Shopping Center. I love art and design and wellness, and Tranquility Den is a manifestation of all of my passions.

As a mom of three and business owner, I oftentimes feel stressed out and exhausted. Interior design requires a lot of energy and creativity. It’s critical for me to recharge my batteries so that I can do my best work. I’m always learning about ways to reduce stress and find balance in my life. What works for me is yoga, nature walks, meditation, regular massage, and guilt-free “me time.”

People always ask me, “are you a massage therapist?” No, I’m not, but I am a professional spa-goer. It’s been my favorite pastime for over 20 years. I’ve been fortunate enough to go to some of the nicest spas around the world, and I’ve experienced how the “best of the best” do it. When I go to these places, I absorb every detail like a sponge – the look, the scent, the feel, the products, the technique.

One of my favorite places is Mii Amo, a destination spa in Sedona, Arizona. OMG, this place is ah-mazing! And when I returned home from that trip, I felt rejuvenated and also inspired to open a spa locally that offered the same level of excellence.

Fast forward a few years later, I opened my new spa concept. A beautiful spa with a zen feel that embodies all five senses, offers high quality massage services, and is also friendly, warm, and approachable. Tranquility Den caters to all the different ways people like to relax and unwind; we offer different styles of massage and create personalized experiences for individuals, couples, and spa parties.

Whether it’s a quiet escape, a get together with a friend, a romantic date, or a fun group celebration, I invite you to come to the Den to calm your mind, heal your body, awaken your senses and elevate your spirit.
