Commercial Property Network the commercial real estate agency has sold a 16,300 square-foot industrial building in Lambertville at 243 North Main Street. The 1.3-acre building was purchased by the nearby Rago Arts and Auction Center, which is located on the same street. Rago plans to use the building as storage and display space.

Deaths

Joseph A. Satalino, 71, on October 19. He worked for the state of New Jersey and owned an auto repair garage and a newsstand in the National State Building in Trenton. His last employment was with Shop-Rite as an assistant manager in the produce and bakery departments.

Thomas A. Grice, 88, on October 30. He was a retired educator in the Trenton Public School System, the Westminster Choir College, and other schools.

Lonny E. Bassin, 69, on November 4. He ran his own accounting practice.

Robert Lohman, 93, on October 23. He was a member of the technical staff at RCA Laboratories, where he received 14 patents and published 25 papers in technical journals.

Frederic Marston, 77, on October 27. He was a marketing communications executive who worked for CRM Inc., Playboy Magazine, and other companies in the Midwest before retiring and returning to his native Princeton, where he was a part-time public relations consultant and part-time editor at the Town Topics.

Albert M. Conti, 88, on October 31. He was a municipal accountant who managed the Trenton Water Works, served as comptroller of Trenton, and retired as comptroller of Mercer County.

Irving F. Roth, 88, on October 30. he began his career as a lot boy at Keats Ford and ultimately became owner of Hamilton Chrysler for more than 30 years.

Sandra G. Young, 77, on October 31. She was employed for several years as a book maker for Princeton University Press.
