Everest Realty Group LLC, the leasing, managing, and construction agent for Windsor Industrial Park located at 92 North Main Street, Robbinsville, has completed a new freestanding 30,000 square foot flex building in the Park. Windsor, a 350,000-square-foot, 19-building flex/industrial development, has been providing space for tenants since it was founded in 1983 by Charles Kaempffer.

The freestanding building has 22-24 foot ceiling heights, up to 10 loading doors, private parking, and full tractor trailer drive around capabilities. The building is divisible into units of 6,000 square feet with a full build-to-suit program provided for tenants.

According to Michael McCloskey, principal of Everest Realty, “the tilt-up construction allowed us to deliver the building in a relatively short period of time serving the growing demand from small and midsized tenants in the market. The entire building has leases pending execution and inquiries for spaces are coming in at a constant rate. Upon lease signings Windsor will be 100 percent occupied, and we will be exploring new avenues for further expansion.”

Everest Realty also serves as the managing, construction and leasing agent for Riverside Center, a 154-acre mixed use development located in Millstone/Monroe townships. The project located along Route 33 is less than three miles from Exit 8 of the NJ Turnpike and the Princeton bypass. The site will have retail pad sites along Route 33 and the availability of a liquor license for a full-service restaurant. The remainder of the property will be developed as industrial/office and flex buildings anchored by a planned 300,000-square-foot distribution center. The site will yield in excess of 600,000 square feet when completed. The infrastructure construction is set to begin in early 2017.

Originally founded in 2007 by Christopher Kaempffer and Michael McCloskey, Everest Realty Group LLC is a full-service commercial real estate firm. The company provides brokerage, management, development, and joint venture investment opportunities throughout New Jersey.
