Audition

Realtors at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach are collecting new stuffed teddy bears for children at the University Medical Center of Princeton. Collected bears will be given to children who are hospitalized during the holidays. The stuffed bears can be dropped off at their office, 44 Princeton Hightstown Road, Princeton Junction, through Sunday, December 18. Monetary donations, which will be used to buy additional bears, can also be made at www.gofundme.com/teddy-bears-for-hospitalized-kids.

Perform

Amateur string players — violins, violas, cellos, and basses — of all ages are welcome to sight read and perform Beethoven’s String Quartet Op. 18, No. 4 with Princeton University Concerts’ Takacs String Quartet after its concert on Thursday, January 19. Christmas Tree Sale

Princeton’s Boy Scout Troop 43 announced the launch of its annual Christmas tree sale, which runs through Saturday, December 24. Trees are on sale at 60 Hulfish Street, Princeton, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays, 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Fridays, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturdays, and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sundays.
