Princeton Office Solutions is an innovative, reasonably priced alternative to a home office or a stressful commute. We provide a furnished office, a friendly, efficient administrative staff, and a business center on the premises. Princeton Office Solutions (POS) offers flexible and affordable office space with optional clerical support for start-up, satellite, and small businesses. The professional yet personal environment supports the occupants of more than 70 suites. Excellent office space value during tough economic times is essential for survival, so with our affordable and flexible suites, anyone can get their business going.

Princeton Office Solutions offers suites, single offices, cubicle space, and virtual offices with a business address and/or telephone answering service. Long and short term leases are tailored to meet the needs of each company. As your business needs change, POS offers the convenience to grow or downsize space without changing your address, phone number, or access to services. Most tenants have been here for years!

Located at 475 Wall Street, Princeton, POS is centrally located among other businesses and is walking distance to a variety of restaurants and amenities. The building is equipped with a security system, and has a cleaning service on site. The use of any of four conference rooms is included in the rental price and a teleconference service is available for long distance interviews, depositions, and meetings. Utilities, office mail delivery, personal reception, and plentiful onsite parking is provided.

POS is not a “one size fits all” business; we offer an “a la carte” menu of services so a smaller business does not have to pay for supplies, amenities, and equipment that it does not use. Tenants are charged on an “as needed basis.” Copies, faxing, postage, shipping, and gourmet coffee are only billed to those clients who partake. The billing system gives tenants peace of mind, saving them time and money.

Administrative needs can be handled directly by tenants or Princeton Office Solutions has on-site support staff to handle administrative needs to assist clients in cost savings and running their business. Typing, bank deposits, preparing presentations, transcription and invoicing are just some of the services offered.
