Cint Inc., a Sweden-based market research firm for companies online, has opened an office on Route 1 in Lawrenceville.

Terence McCarron, managing director for Cint’s North American business unit, will run the office. McCarron, a 1999 graduate of Fairfield University, joined Cint last year after building his career at Greenfield Online, and healthcare marketing firm WPP.

Janet Alu, 63, on October 27. A former assistant to the state commissioner of education, she was the executive assistant to the dean of non-credit programs at Mercer County Community College. She also was an executive assistant for the NJ Tennis Association and the U.S. Tennis Association.

Dean Chace, 84, on October 20. He was a senior vice president of GE and RCA’s licensing management and president of the engineering laboratories at RCA in Switzerland. A Princeton Township committeeman and deputy mayor from 1970 to 1972, he was a member of the Princeton Consolidation Study Commission in the late 1970s and the Regional Planning Board of Princeton and the Princeton Civil Rights Commission.

Eugene Klim, 77, on October 30. He was the founder and president of AKOR Corp., a chemical R&D firm in Titusville.

Bob Yuell, 74, on October 30.A longtime computer professional with Johnson & Johnson, he also was the executive director of the Plainsboro Historical Society and Museum and a former deliverer for U.S. 1.
