The Small Business Development Center at Raritan Valley Community College will host its annual “Financial Check-up for Small Businesses,” on Wednesday, January 13, at 8 a.m. at RVCC’s Branchburg campus.
The program, sponsored by Bridgewater-based accounting firm Amper Politziner & Mattia and Magyar Bank, is designed to teach small business owners and individuals about financial planning for their business and personal lives. The session will feature an overview of retirement income planning, retirement leveraging strategies, estate tax considerations, and business valuations. Featured speakers include: #b#Fred Busler#/b#, vice president of Magyar Financial, and #b#Christine Pronek#/b# and #b#Joan D’Uva#/b# of Amper; and discussions will include alternatives to 401k retirement plans and estates.
