Cassidy Turley, the newest commercial real estate company in the country and the largest privately owned firm, now manages over 420 million square feet of office space for users and investors throughout the United States. The merger occurred in April and aggregated many of the largest firms in the country. With over 3,000 employees in the U.S., Cassidy Turley is well positioned to grow in the Corporate Services and Asset Management realms.
The Cassidy Turley office in New Jersey has been created from the former Colliers Houston, and has provided 11 principals and shareholders to the new company. The former company is over 100 years old and has done transactional work for the most prominent companies in New Jersey over that time. A team of corporate real estate specialists are concentrated in the central New Jersey area and serves Princeton area firms.
“We are very pleased to retain the competence of our ownership entities in Princeton, such as JER/Herring Properties, The Fruscione Company, Gottesman Real Estate Partners and Premier Properties,” said Milton H. Charbonneau, Principal. “These Class A office assets represent the best of the breed in current options for corporate users in the Princeton area.”
In addition to representing these properties, Cassidy Turley’s Princeton team provides service for bio-tech, technology, legal and market research companies in the area. The Princeton team has been involved with over $800 million of aggregate transaction volume over the last 10 years, representing some of the most high profile real estate deals in that time.
Jamie Herring, managing partner at 23 Orchard Road, a Class A building on Route 206 near the Princeton Airport, said, “23 Orchard is pleased to retain Cassidy Turley for the marketing of this excellent building. The marketing team is available to discuss immediate availabilities for corporate users who are interested in an excellent location and a full amenities package.”
