In the world of plastic surgery, it is crucial to work with someone who is both experienced and up-to-date with the most current techniques.

Dr. Nicole Schrader brings the area such a unique approach.

Having performed more than 250 facelifts she has the experience to help people preserve their youthful appearance, reverse aging and help people recover from trauma or other surgeries. And as she maintains her double Board certification including Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery and Otolaryngology, she also stays on the cutting edge of what new treatments may help her patients.

“The experience I offer is unique,” said Schrader. “Primarily because of the way I work with patients to understand what they want to achieve. I spend more time than average up front to identify what makes each person unique.”

“Then, I work with those strengths to enhance the patient’s natural beauty. This approach really makes a difference in how a patient feels about the end results,” she said.

Always one to explore and evaluate emerging therapies, Dr. Schrader is helping her patients maintaining their uniqueness. These days, that means using new filling materials combined with laser skin therapies to reverse the aging process.

“It’s also called a liquid facelift. With fillers or using a patient’s own fat deposit we can fill in lines and wrinkles in the face. The difference is tremendous and really re-creates a youthful appearance,” said Dr. Schrader.

These procedures enhance facial features as Dr. Schrader re-contours a patient’s face, providing better definition to the cheeks and chin. “This is not just to help people concerned about aging,” said Schrader. “It’s also a viable treatment for other patients with the desire to improve facial deformities, acne scarring and post-surgery reconstruction.”

After all, making sure their unique features stand out is critical in reversing the appearance of aging. With that in mind, the practice also supports patients with many other rejuvenating and restorative services. Such treatments include facelifts, neck re-contouring, brow lifts, eyelid lifts and cosmetic nasal surgery.

Her practice also offers patients other minor non-surgical procedures based on injectable muscle relaxants like BOTOX or injectable fillers like Restylane, Juvederm and Sculptra.

“I am always looking at the latest choices that will bring my patients new benefits. I want to make sure I find the best emerging treatments that help my patients reverse their aging and maintain their youthful looks,” Dr. Schrader says.

With an active practice, Dr. Schrader is affiliated with the University Medical Center of Princeton, Robert Wood Johnson Hospital Hamilton, Capital Health System Trenton and Surgery Center at Doylestown, Pennsylvania.
