Names can change –– but people don’t –– nor do values and work ethics. After twenty years as a top real estate broker, reaching million dollar level 17 times, Phyllis Grodnicki will now be known as Phyllis Hemler.

On New Year’s Eve, 2009, this native New Jerseyan enjoyed what she calls “the best party of my life.” She married her beau, Robert Hemler of Cranbury, and now that the initial hubbub is beginning to quiet down, she’ll be known professionally as well as personally as Phyllis Hemler. Her new email address is phemler@ymail.com. Mrs. Hemler is still at Prudential Fox Roach, Realtors on Nassau Street in Princeton and she’s still finding homes and selling homes throughout New Jersey. Her phone numbers are: office 609-924-1600, cell 609-203-0110.

Only the name is different. Still the same are this dynamic brunette’s enthusiasm, tenacity, follow through and crammed Rolodex filled with listings of experts home buyers and sellers need for any chore from carpet cleaning to termite remediation.

“We all know that things have changed in the real estate market,” Phyllis said, “but I haven’t changed the way I work. I get to know my clients, understand who they are and how they want to live, and work with them to find the ideal home for them –– whether it’s a mansion on four acres of land or a small condo apartment … Many of my happy clients come back over the years (like Judy and Jim –– names changed) for whom I found a townhome in Hopewell; now that the family is expanding with their baby boy, we’re looking for something larger and more family friendly…”

Shakespeare said “A rose by any other name would smell as sweet.” Well, what’s in a name? With this dynamic brunette professional, what comes with her name is loyalty, perseverance, a unique value system and clientele who return years later when they’re ready to move on to something or somewhere different, or larger or smaller.
