Can’t drink coffee
can’t eat candy
Can’t drink liquor
can’t eat spices
sex a memory
coming in dreams
hate the cold
can’t take the sun
New Jersey too damp
Arizona too dry
clothes don’t fit
too tired to shop
jowls sag
breasts hang
nose bigger
eyes smaller
luxurious hair
grows in the nose
synapses lazy
response time down
can’t stay awake
can’t fall asleep
I’ll write a poem
can’t find my glasses.
