There’s a new buzz in the Princeton real estate community thanks to the powerhouse partnership of Susan Gordon and Ingela Kostenbader.

These successful women recently announced their team, effectively changing the landscape of residential real estate in the greater Princeton area.

“We are both very active agents in Princeton and enjoyed doing transactions together,” said Gordon, a 33-year local real estate veteran who is consistently recognized for being in the top 1 percent of Coldwell Banker and Mercer County Realtors. “We both espouse the same professionalism, and treat both buyers and sellers with great respect. It’s a wonderful fit.”

In addition to real estate savvy culled from more than two decades in the businesses, including a stint in the high-end Santa Monica, Calif., market, Kostenbader, a Coldwell Banker President’s Circle winner, brings with her technical, computer, and social media know-how. Gordon calls her “brilliant.”

“Real estate is popping now,” Kostenbader added. “Buyers are tired of renting. Sellers are tired of putting their lives on hold. With rates this low, both see an opportunity that won’t be here much longer. This is a great time to buy and to sell.”

It’s clear Gordon and Kostenbader love what they are doing and enjoy working together. This no doubt comes from their strikingly similar business, professional, and ethical models, but also seems to come from a genuine admiration for each other.

“We are very serious about our business, but we also very much enjoy the partnership,” Kostenbader said.

Another critical member of the Gordon-Kostenbader Team is Kathleen Miller. She’s been Gordon’s assistant for the past 17 years and keeps the business running smoothly by adept handling of day-to-day activities.

“We three are the team to beat,” Gordon stated. “We provide excellent customer service from start to finish; we guarantee it!” See display ad on page 16.
