Hilton Realty Co. has just earned the TOBY (The Outstanding Building of the Year) Award from the Philadelphia Chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) in the under 100,000 square foot class for its four-story mid-rise, Interchange Corporate Center in Plymouth Meeting, PA. This Class A office building will now compete in the northeast regional competition.

The TOBY is the most prestigious and comprehensive program of its kind in the commercial real estate industry. The award recognizes building quality and management excellence. To earn the award all facets of a building’s operations are evaluated, including tenant-relations programs, community involvement, emergency preparedness, security standards, and continuing education for building personnel.

“We are honored to be recognized by our commercial real estate peers for the second consecutive year with back-to-back TOBY awards from two different chapters,” said Hilton’s Director of Commercial Properties, Luke Marsden. “Hilton earned its first ever TOBY award last year for 902 Carnegie Center. Our property managers and maintenance personnel are clearly grasping Hilton’s standards of excellence and professional management. Our buildings are cleaner, greener, and better maintained than they’ve ever been. Our operating costs are declining, and our quality of work environment is improving for our tenants across the board.”

Hilton Realty is a Princeton-based privately owned real estate development and management company. They own and manage a diverse portfolio in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Florida through a top-notch in-house professional team.
