Collaboration Core: Opening Doors to Individuals and Organizations Seeking Hassle Free Space

A new co-working solution in Lawrenceville is helping startups, freelancers, part-timers, independent contractors and nonprofits reduce overhead costs while networking and collaborating among colleagues.

CollaborationCore is a way for companies to share resources, space, and services in an environment that rivals Class A office space.

“This is centrally located, affordable and professional office space,” said Cheri Durst, director of CollaborationCore.

CollaborationCore’s open floor plan and brand new furnishings give members and mobile desk users the ability to reconfigure the space to meet changing needs.

“It’s just good business sense,” she added. “Small businesses, individuals and nonprofit organizations in Mercer County are doing very important work and deserve to do it in a professional and collaborative atmosphere. Our flexible layout where members share resources facilitates a reduction in costs and immediately improves productivity.” A resident member has an office with a key with prices ranging from $699 to $1,999 a month. They also have access to a sophisticated tech platform, and can pay-as-they-need for digital printing, scanning, postage, etc.”

Non-resident members pay $35 per day and come and go as needed. This gives them a professionally appointed workspace, a mailing address, and access to amenities — including the coffee bar. There are no long-term leases for resident or non-resident members, unless they prefer one. Members of the community may also lease CollaborationCore’s conference space, starting with as little as $25 for one hour.

Local individuals or companies looking for space or to save precious funds with a more reasonable price — especially those in the last year of an existing lease — should contact Cheri Durst at CollaborationCore for a tour and a quick analysis to show how your small business can cut costs in 2016 and beyond.
