As we approach our 39th summer in business, we’re filled with gratitude reflecting on how far Iccara has come since opening our doors in 1986. Over the years, what started as a simple dream has blossomed into a beloved gathering place for the Hamilton community — and beyond.
Today, our three distinct dining spaces host events of all kinds each week — from rehearsal dinners and bridal showers to birthdays, graduations, baby showers, and everything in between. Beyond our walls, our kitchen stays busy every day, catering to celebrations all over town with the same passion and attention to detail we’ve built our reputation on.
While we take pride in our history and all the beautiful memories we’ve shared with our guests, it’s the future that excites us most. In just over a week, we’ll host another unforgettable Mother’s Day celebration, and soon after, we’ll dive into a summer season full of laughter, good conversation, and new friendships — especially on our newest addition: the outdoor patio.
Our patio, a dream years in the making, is covered by a weather-protecting pergola and surrounded by charming umbrella seating that evokes the streets of Italy. This space represents more than just extra tables — it’s the culmination of nearly four decades of passion, hard work, and love. Inspired by many trips to Italy, where outdoor dining is a way of life, we couldn’t wait to bring that same relaxed, al fresco experience to our Iccara family. Every glass of wine poured, every meal served under the open sky, brings a little piece of that dream to life.
Whether you’re joining us for a wood-fired pizza fresh out of the oven, a pitcher of sangria shared among friends, your favorite pasta dish, or one of our signature seafood specialties, we can’t wait to welcome you to the table.
Looking ahead, the milestone of 40 years in business is within reach — a number that fills our hearts with pride. Since 1986, our family has grown in countless ways: five children, 12 grandchildren, and a community of loyal guests who feel like family. Each smile, each story shared at our tables, has been part of our journey.
